the chance to do many more actvities. There are eight Programme Zones,
ensureing a balanced programme throughout the year. They are: Outdoors,

The Brave Dragons ESU
The Explorer Scout Unit started life on the 13th September 2002. It was then known as the Dreigiau Dewr Uned Sgowtiaid Fforio, the welsh for Brave Dragons ESU. The unit has since undergone a few changes and the decision was made to use the english translation of the original name, the Brave Dragons. The Brave Dragons ESU has been going since September 2004.
The unit lies within the East and South District, Cardiff, Wales. We meet in Cyncoed on Fridays and all young people (male and female) between the ages of 14 and 18 are welcome to join our Unit.
There are five Scout Troups within this district that we maintain links with. They are 1st Lanedeyrn, 1st Pentwyn, 34th Cardiff, 61st Cardiff and 84th Cardiff .
The unit currently has two leaders, Kate and Chris, but we really need a third! If you are interested, please contact us via the link below.
The Brave Dragons is a fun and friendly unit and we offer our explorer scouts an exiting and balanced programme of events and activities. So, take a look around our site see what we have to offer young people in our area of Cardiff.
